    There are people say this works while other say it doesn't. People need to know there is no magic pill that can fix thing right away. I put on myself on low carb and low calorie diet while back to lifting weight and do cardio, combine with this in few days my blood pressure show good improvement. I do series of measuring twice a day, one at morning before coffee and the other at night.

    It is too early to see the difference after one or two days, it usually takes two or three weeks to notice steady change. Personally I noticed that I feel like a lighter and more energetic. With blood pressure it varies from person to person. If someone has just a little bit raised pressure it might help, if someone needs heavy duty horses dose it will not work. This supplement contains great ingredients, especially hawthorn which relaxing vessels and arteries and improving blood flow . Bottom line is that it will not harm you but may help.

    It's a great product to have. It does a great deal for me or anyone who is looking for other alternatives rather than taking the actual Medication because of other issues. Anyone taking this BP Control product needs to understand that you also have to change your lifestyle. You have to eat a healthy diet but most importantly you need to EXERCISE!!! It doesn't have to be a heavy exercise...20 minute walk a day is already good. The BP Control product helps control your blood pressure but it also needs your body to eat healthy and exercise in order for it to work for you. Just because you have the BP Control product doesn't mean you don't do anything and leave the product do all the work...it doesn't work that way. I love the product and I give it a 5 star!
